Regular orders are typically shipped within 10 business days, although it may take up to 20 business days for some items to be shipped. For prime products, we ship the next day after your order is placed. We use express delivery services such as DHL, FedEx, etc. Once shipped, it usually takes 3-5 business days for your items to be delivered to your doorstep.

We offer free international shipping to most countries, with the exception of Brazil, Israel, and other OFAC and Sanctioned Countries.
All our orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the prices do not include customs taxes or import duties.

Any charges on the parcel must be paid by the recipient, whether they are a retail or wholesale customer.

Leather Jacket and Bags has no control over these charges and cannot predict the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary by country.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing your order to avoid any surprises.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS notification with the courier tracking number and a link to track your parcel. You can also track the progress of your delivery anytime through our “Track Your Order” page.

Changing the shipping address depends on the status of your order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at Support@leatherjacketandbags.com with your new address, and we will update it for you.

If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier company directly with your tracking details to request the address change.

Our goal is to ship custom orders within 4-5 weeks. However, as each order is custom-made, the delivery time may vary and could be slightly shorter or longer than the estimated time. If you have a specific timeline for your order, we recommend discussing it with your design consultant.

A custom size order is typically shipped within 3-4 weeks to the customer.

You can mention your preferred delivery date in the comments box while placing the order, or you can discuss it with your design consultant to explore the possibility of receiving your custom order by that specific date.

Custom Orders
