Custom orders are non-refundable. Since these items are uniquely crafted to your specifications, including style, material, and accessories, they cannot be resold to others. We appreciate your understanding.
You are eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- You have purchased a regular, in-stock item.
- The product is of a standard size (non-custom-made).
- The product is returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
