A standard order refers to any pre-listed product on our website, purchased in a standard size and fit.

You can request an order cancellation or change within 1 day of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, you will need to accept it and can then return it for a refund.

Please do not hesitate to fill the custom order form, there are no charges for quotation, discussion, or even getting an illustration made for your custom jacket. The only time we would charge you is when you make an actual purchase of your custom order.

The base price for a custom leather jacket starts at $300 USD, and a custom fabric jacket starts at $200 USD.

If you choose to customize a jacket that is already listed on our website, the listed price will serve as the base price for your custom order.

Payment & Pricing

Yes, you can have any type of jacket custom made with us. Simply share a picture or design for reference and provide a detailed description of your desired jacket in the Custom Order Form.

Our collection includes premium leathers such as Lambskin, Sheepskin, Goatskin, Buffalo-hide, and Cow-hide. We have experience crafting jackets in over 200 different types of leather, each with unique patterns, colors, shades, and thicknesses.

Yes, while our core strength is leather, we also offer custom orders in a variety of other fabrics, including cotton, polyester, satin, wool, and more.

We completely understand your concerns about sizing, design, and quality when placing a custom order. We’ve taken steps to address each of these issues to ensure you get exactly what you expect.

Sizing
Solution: When you place a custom order, our customer service team will ask for your body measurements. Please refer to our sizing guide to take accurate measurements. When taken correctly, there’s no chance of sizing errors.

Design & Quality
Solution: To help you visualize your final custom product, we provide a digital illustration created by our design team before we proceed with your order.

Additionally, before dispatching your order, we share photos of the actual product with you. You’ll have the opportunity to review the design, materials, and stitching to ensure it meets your expectations. This way, you can make sure everything is perfect before we send it out.
