Payments and Pricing
- Payments can be made via PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and AfterPay (only in the USA). Unfortunately, personal checks are not accepted.
- Your payment card details are protected using SSL, an industry-standard encryption technology. When you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the information you provide is transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secure connection.
- Payments are processed in USD. If your card’s currency differs, you can still proceed with your order. Our system will process the payment by converting the amount to your card’s currency at the applicable exchange rate.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations are accepted within 1 day of order placement. Requests can be submitted from the My Order page.
- Once an order has been dispatched or is under customs clearance, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, accepting the parcel and arranging its return will be the only option.
- If our Customer Support Team has committed to a specific delivery timeline for your order, it qualifies as a time-sensitive order. Due to the necessary steps we take to ensure on-time delivery, cancellations for time-sensitive orders cannot be accommodated once they have been placed.
Free Gifting
- To qualify for a free leather gift upon sign-up, the order value must exceed $450. Each customer is eligible for one free gift only.
- In the case of a return, the gift must be returned along with the order. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.

- All registered users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their respective accounts.
- Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
